1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • USPS Priority - estimated 1-3 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage - estimated 2-5 business days 

If you don't see your desired shipping method, please email or message us on Instagram before placing your order.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. 

5. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or other reasons, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order. If you do not wish to have your item reshipped, you will be refunded via store credit, minus the initial shipping fees.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
